Meet your new favorite Christmas cookie. Our lavender hot chocolate mix, mini marshmallows, dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of flaky sea salt turn your favorite winter drink into a cookie that feels cozy in every bite.
These cookies are soft, rich, and festive. The marshmallows melt into gooey caramelized pockets, the chocolate chips add depth, and the lavender brings a subtle floral note that makes them stand out from the usual holiday lineup. A pinch of flaky sea salt on top sets the whole thing off. They’re perfect to share at gatherings or tuck into gift boxes.

Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup Treasured Roots Lavender Hot Chocolate Mix
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
Flaky sea salt and culinary lavender buds, for sprinkling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and Treasured Roots Lavender Hot Chocolate mix.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto baking sheet, two inches apart.
Sprinkle each cookie with flaky sea salt and lavender buds.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until edges are slightly golden. Don’t overbake—they’ll finish setting as they cool.
These cookies bring together everything we love about winter baking: cozy flavors, a touch of creativity, and unique high-quality ingredients grown with care. Share them with friends, give them as gifts, or keep them all to yourself (we won’t judge).
