Lavender Cranberry Scones with Orange Glaze

Start with our lavender scone mix, fold in a handful of dried cranberries, and bake until golden brown. The lavender adds a subtle floral note, while the cranberries bring a festive pop of tart sweetness.
If you really want to take them over the top, whisk together a quick orange glaze — just powdered sugar, orange juice, and a touch of honey — and drizzle it over the warm scones. Pair them with coffee or tea, set them out on the table, and watch your guests light up.
Ingredients
• 1 package Treasured Roots Lavender Scone Mix
• ½ cup dried cranberries, folded into the mix
• Optional Orange Glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2–3 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tsp honey
Instructions
1. Preheat oven according to scone mix directions.
2. Prepare scone mix as directed, folding in dried cranberries before shaping.
3. Bake until golden brown.
4. For glaze: whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and honey until smooth.
5. Drizzle over warm scones and serve.
