Returns and Order Issues

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns. If anything in your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

Shipping

Orders ship from our farm in Maryland. Most items leave our hands within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier delays or weather, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Myersville or Frederick. Simply choose your preferred pickup location at checkout, and you’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Wholesale
We offer wholesale pricing on select products for shops, wineries, and culinary partners. If you’re interested in carrying Treasured Roots items, please reach out — we’d love to discuss availability and pricing.
