A refreshing, creamy boba tea that is perfect for summer sipping.

Ingredients:
For the Tea Base (1 serving):
1 ½ cups water
1 tbsp Treasured Roots Lavender Earl Grey loose leaf tea (or 1 sachet, if you bag it)
2 tbsp honey
½ cup milk of choice (whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk work beautifully)
Ice
For the Boba Pearls:
½ cup black tapioca pearls
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (to sweeten the pearls and prevent sticking)
For the Honey Lavender Cream Top:
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of ground dried lavender
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
1. Brew the Tea Base:
Bring 1½ cups water to a simmer.
Steep 1 tbsp Treasured Roots Lavender Earl Grey for 5–7 minutes.
Strain the leaves, then stir in honey.
Let it cool, or chill in the fridge if prepping ahead.
2. Cook the Boba Pearls:
Boil a small pot of water, add pearls, and cook 5–7 minutes (or per package).
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Toss with brown sugar or honey to coat. Let sit while assembling.
3. Make the Honey Lavender Cream (optional but amazing):
Lightly whip heavy cream with honey, lavender syrup (or a whisper of lavender), and sea salt.
You want a soft, pourable texture—not stiff peaks. Chill until needed.
4. Assemble the Drink:
Add boba pearls to the bottom of a tall glass.
Fill halfway with ice.
Pour in the cooled Lavender Earl Grey tea.
Add milk and stir gently.
Top with the honey lavender cream, if using, and let it swirl through the drink.
5. Sip & Enjoy:
Serve with a wide straw or a long spoon. Enjoy! In
