Say hello to your new summer staple: Citrus Bloom Iced Tea.
It's our Lavender Earl Grey, served cold with a splash of orange, a little honey, and big "porch weather" energy.
Looking to level it up? Mix it with our lavender lemonade for unique twist on an Arnold Palmer (or add vodka if you're feeling more John Daly than tea party).
Fresh, light, and just fancy enough to impress your friends - this one is made for sunshine and summertime.

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Treasured Roots Lavender Earl Grey tea
2 cups boiling water
1 strip of orange peel (use a vegetable peeler)
1 tsp Treasured Roots Culinary Lavender Buds
1 tbsp honey
Juice of half a lemon
1 cup cold water
Ice
Optional garnish: lemon or orange slices, fresh mint, lavender skewers
INSTRUCTIONS
Steep the tea: In a heatproof container, pour 2 cups of boiling water over the Lavender Earl Grey tea, orange peel, and lavender buds. Let steep 5-7 minutes.
Strain and sweeten: Strain out the tea leaves and citrus peel. Stir in honey while the tea is still warm.
Add citrus and chill: Stir in the lemon juice and 1 cup cold water. Chill in the fridge until cold (about 30 minutes to 1 hour).
Garnish and serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour over your chilled tea. Garnish with a lemon wheel, fresh mint, or a sprig of lavender.
