Lavender Fudge Pops

Rich, creamy, and irresistibly chocolatey, these fudge pops are infused with our signature lavender hot chocolate mix—offering just a hint of lavender in every bite. It’s summer on a stick.



INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups whole milk

1 cup whipping cream

2/3 cup Treasured Roots Lavender Hot Chocolate Mix

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp cornstarch (optional but helps prevent iciness)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the milk, whipping cream, lavender hot chocolate mix, cocoa powder and cornstarch (if using). Stir often to prevent lumps.

  2. Heat until the mixture is steamy and everything is fully dissolved - don't let it boil.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the honey, vanilla, and salt. Tast and adjust sweetness as needed.

  4. Blend (optional but worth it). Pour the mixture into a blender and blend for 20 seconds to create a smooth, creamy texture that freezes beautifully.

  5. Let the mixture cool completely in the fridge. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  6. Prior to serving, run molds briefly under warm water to release. Enjoy!
