Pickle Lemonade

We tried the pickle lemonade trend - with a lavender twist.

Pickle lemonade is the latest oddball trend taking over summer menus and TikTok feeds. So we gave it a try, using our Lavender Lemonade mix, of course. It was tangy, sweet, salty, and...kind of refreshing.

Pickle Lemonade

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Treasured Roots Lavender Lemonade Mix

1 1/2 cups cold water

2 tablespoons pickle brine (from a good quality dill pickle)

Ice

Garnish with a lavender or dill sprig and lemon wheel

Instructions

1. Stir the Lavender Lemonade Mix into cold water until fully dissolved.

2. Add pickle brine and stir again.

3. Pour over ice, garnish, and enjoy!
