Our Truffles

From our roots to your table, discover the magic of truffles.

Truffles are a rare type of fungi that grows symbiotically on the roots of certain trees, such as oaks and hazelnuts. They are celebrated for their rich, earthy flavors and coveted by chefs and food enthusiasts worldwide. Traditionally, trained dogs are used to hunt for ripe truffles, making the harvest a unique and exciting experience.

At Treasured Roots Farm, we are excited to cultivate two of the most sought-after varieties of European black truffles: Perigord and Burgundy. Our truffle orchard, planted in 2024, holds the promise of delivering the freshest, most aromatic truffles straight from our soil to your table. While it will take a few years for our trees to mature and ready to harvest truffles, the wait will be worth it. Locally cultivated black truffles offer unparalleled freshness and an opportunity to be a part of the exciting truffle hunt experience.
